Dark Type Gym Leader Concept

Random sketch I just did about 10 minutes ago for a concept I came up with yesterday for a gym leader. She's a Dark-type trainer, about 16... I dunno. Her colors are completely different than they seem to appear through pencil, or at least that's the impression the picture gives me. She's kind of a "gothic ninja," if that makes sense. She may be a gym leader in my region.
