Deoxys Health Forme

Well, the title says it all! When Deoxys is given the hold-item Health Tank, it attaches it around its waist and transforms into this powerful embodiment. It has a multitude of healing moves as well as power, to boot. It's main downfall is its speed, but since it can fly, that doesn't really hinder it too much.

Health Tank- A strange alien device found in the crater created from a meteor in the Sado Region. It greatly ups the Hit Points of a certain Pokemon.
