Loch Ness Monster is a Pokemon

Just another random scrap idea for a Pokemon that came out pretty good, I decided to make it unofficially.... a fakemon for my region. I don't know exactly all about it yet, however, because I can't even tell if it has a pre-evolution! XD
A friend of mine suggested that I could make it a male evolution of Feebas, but c'mon, how would that work?..... On second thought... Well, here it is anyways, Plesoch!!
(And I did decide on it! It is a Feebas evolution, but only one can be found in the game!)

Every thousand years, in each region where Feebas nest, a special meteor-like metal is formed at the bottom of a lake. This mysterious substance acts as an evolutionary stone to male a Feebas chosen by fate to obtain its mystical powers. Because of this, less than fifty people in the world have ever even seen a Plesoch, it's so rare!
