The Penguins of Sadogascar

Sadogascar=Sado Region... Ya get it...
Well, I had always wanted Pokemon to create an Ice-type Penguin, but since Empoleon's Steel... Well, again, ya get it...
I had initially drawn the final form first, drawing the whole family in reverse order; I suppose I degenerated them into simpler forms. I know the basic form looks like a pigeon, but it's a penguin, so yeah. Well, here are the members of the Icy Crew, haha

#99 Kalawaguin: The Buccaneer Pokemon
(Scalawag+Penguin)
Ice/Water
HT: 1'9"
WT: 5.3 Lbs
A tough little Pokemon who does not know the meaning of the word quit. Kalawaguin are commonly found in packs on ice floats, forming "crews" on the icy ships they ride. These Pokemon are more potent using Water-Type moves, though Water its secondary type.

#100 Puckaneer: The Admiral Pokemon
(Penguin+Buccaneer)
Ice/Water
HT: 3'11"
WT: 16.4 Lbs
Once a Kalawaguin evolves into Puckaneer, it will be more respected by its fellow crew members. Since there are a fewer number of Puckaneer than Kalawaguin, they usually form the commanders of the groups. Puckaneer have a stronger grasp of Ice-Type moves.

#101 Skapptan: The Ice Fleet Pokemon
(Skipper+Captain)

WT: 163.4 Lbs
A rare sight to see outside the Antarctic Circle, Skapptan are immensely powerful Pokemon that serve as the overlords of Kalawaguin and Puckaneer. They are even followed by Piplup, Prinplup, and Empoleon if one gains enough respect. Skapptan carve ships out of ice to act as a fortress, commanding its crew with its powerful Glacial Halberd attack, which is the Ice-Type equivalent of Hyper Beam.
